Our services include;

Home modifications

We can assess the environment and accessibility in your home, school or workplace.

Equipment and Adaptive Aids Recommendation

We provide devices and tools to assist with completing your everyday tasks such as self-care, feeding, dressing, household tasks, study or work.

Activities of Daily Living Assessment

Functional assessment of your everyday occupations with the goal to promote increase in independence and autonomy.

Carer education and training

Providing information to carers for support plans, assistance with daily living skills, manual handling training and more.

Activities of daily living assessment

An activities of daily living (ADL) assessment assessment analyses a person's functional performance in the areas of self care and general activities at home including: domestic tasks, gardening, child or pet care, and community access. The aim of the ADL assessment is to determine strategies to enable a return to independence with daily activities.

We perform ADL assessments or functional assessments for disability services, the veteran community, medico-legal and life insurance purposes.

Our Physiotherapists work together with their clients to understand and assess the cause of physical pain or limitations affecting your movement. We work holistically to understand the root cause of your condition. Our aim is to get you back moving freely and comfortably.

Our physiotherapist are experienced in their clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment of various musculoskeletal conditions.

Sport injuries

Providing assessment and rehabilitation on your sports performance goals.

Joint pain assessment

Clinical assessments of the shoulder, hip, knee, foot, elbow and hand.

Balance and mobility training

Provide gait training, falls assessment and prevention education, review of static and dynamic balance

We have experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologists who specialise in designing exercise and physical activity programs to improve health and fitness.

Rebecca Di Bartolomeo is our provisional psychologist with extensive experience in education and developmental psychology, having worked with children, adolescents and families in schools and private practice settings.

Counselling services offered include;

Assistance with emotional regulation

Support with learning and behavioural difficulties

Working with anxiety disorders, depressive and adjustment disorders

Family centered approach

Rebecca is currently undertaking her psychology internship (board-approved by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), upon completion Rebecca will be eligible for registration as a psychologist.
